Entire Vaca Wardrobe under $200! And in a Carry-ON

You just booked a sweet seven day summer vacation, with the help of Judy Yirsa from St. Christopher Mission Travel, and if you’re like me, you want new clothes to rock!! Catch 22, you just spent a ton on the trip, not to mention, you were hoping to save $$ by packing just a carry-on. I’ve got you covered! Insert SHEIN.COM. Yes, the clothes are CHEAP, and yes, they might be coming from another country, but you are not about to break the bank. Plus, looking a little EXTRA on vaca is always fun! Shipping was fast, and 100% of the styles I choose fit great, with the exception of one tiny alteration I had to make for myself! I did size up for my bathing suits, to make sure they would cover my booty. Downfall of that, I am very flat chested, so they are a tiny bit loose at the top, but I was conscientious on style to avoid any serious problems in that area. Honestly, read the reviews! You’re going to get most of your questions answered there, and if you are unsure, choose something else that has great ratings and reviews.

I was able to score 19 pieces, for a total of 9 full looks, for under $200! I was able to plan my outfits and looks by using this easy chart below. I simply inserted the pieces I choose and using the chart, I was able to decide if each piece went well together. Biggest tip, pack a coordinating wardrobe. All pieces should be able to go well with each other. This way you are able to maximize a variety of outfits AND saving you tons of room in your suitcase!

As you can see from the chart above, you are potentially able to create 12 looks with just 7 items of clothing! This frees up space in your bag to bring back souvenirs or just being able to pack light and in a carry-on.

My bag below is packed with the seven pieces from above, plus an addition dress, 3 pairs of shoes, 2 bathing suits, 4 pieces of jewelry, one scarf, and the remaining space for undergarments and toiletries /makeup. I tend to pack light on makeup for travel. 1- to save space, 2- I don’t want to loose or damage excess makeup, and 3- you don’t really need 4 palettes for traveling! And remember, if you are packing a carry-on, your toiletries must fit the TSA liquid rules! That includes your hairspray!

I did leave one outfit out, t-shirt, pants and tennis shoes for my travel day. You may want to include a jacket, since airports and planes can be a little CHILLY! I also planned my bathing suits to multitask in outfit choices. Bodysuits are very in right now, so if your suit isn’t wet, ROCK IT that evening with a skirt and heels!

Things that I left out- a Jacket, this is optional and may only want it for travel day. Your purse, that is just a necessary evil. I suggest packing a larger tote style purse, with a smaller cross body inside. Remember, you are able to take your packed carry-on, plus an addition personal item, such as a purse, tote, or backpack.
